A client requested a couple of Skylanders cake toppers to be shipped for her son’s birthday cake. One of the figures I had made before, but this guy was new to me. I luckily had some experience mailing toppers, but decided an armature would be best for Wash Buckler. I didn’t want any of his tentacles breaking off in transit! (He was made from a mix of modeling chocolate and fondant.)
Here’s a picture of the armature. The shape of it always makes me laugh, it looks like it’s trying to shimmy. :)
