White Baby Shower

Decided to make a baby shower cake with a difference, utilising the naked cake look. This is a vanilla cream sponge with home made apricot jam and my own signature cream filling. As it is summer in Australia I chose white fluffy flowers that were bright and a good contrast to the golden brown sponge. I made a fondant rocking horse to adorn the top and fondant letters to remind everyone it was all about ‘baby’. Hope you like it as much as I enjoyed putting this together x
