A giant birthday cupcake for my brother-in-law whose birthday falls on Valentine’s Day. Chocolate cake with butter cream rosettes, fondant hearts and bows and RI roses. First time making candy melts case. It was a bit challenging since the cake turned out larger than the case. Made case in silicone mold and the cake in the metal giant cupcake pan. Did a lot of trimming so that the cake would fit in the case. All in all I was pleased with the way it turned out. Thanks for looking.
