The theme for the birthday party is planes & my client had asked me to match the invitation for the cake design. It just so happened that Liz Marek’s new tutorial about a gravity-defying plane topper came out at the time I was planning this cake. So using her wonderful Patreon tutorial (https://www.patreon.com/sugargeekshow) , I created a Skywriting Bear, who has written the number ‘2’ with his little plane for Crew’s 2nd birthday.

The cake is Strawberry Fields Forever with White chocolate strawberry buttercream filling & white chocolate ganache.
