I have added diamante stones to the shoe but not the cake as this needed to be edible. I have added pink pearls, stitched ribbons of sugar paste begin with a heart and end in little double bows. Antique satin luster brings a soft finish to the sole and inside of the shoe. “18th Birthday” is the label inside. The cake is complimented by 12 jeweled cupcakes.
