This was my contribution to the February 2015 issue of Cake Masters magazine. What an honor! I was very excited to have been asked. Thanks so much to Laura Loukaides for the invitation :) My theme was ‘old flame’, so that is what drove my choice in the color palette, as well as inspired the broken hearts carved into the trees.
