Made this cake about a year ago, but still one of my favorites. I call it my cake of “firsts” it was my first time using modeling chocolate, chocolate ganache, and first cake with Cakes Against Cancer for Kids. I encountered maaaaany setbacks but at the end was very happy it put a smile on a very deserving boy and his family. :)
