I know. There has been million and one Frozen cakes done so far… So this one is done my way. Sculpted backdrop, and the scene of “The North Mountain” where Anna sais “I never knew the winter could be so beautiful.” Yeah I saw the movie way too many times now.
Cake is 10’’ vanilla sponge with chocolate buttercream.
Created to support the launch of new party organizing company in Devon, called Smartie Party Pants, so non-profit cake. It was absolute pleasure to make though, and I finally got to try to apply those transparent mediums like gelatine and isomalt.
