This is the largest cake I have ever made. The pumpkin is 50 cm wide and 45 cm tall and it contains 120 eggs! It is madeira cake inside. It has been made for a theatre production company that puts on 10 pantomines throughout the country. It is for their end of season party. I was given the brief of a cake to feed 250 and the theme of Cinderella.
