Trying to bring a smile to my daughters face since she has been in tears a lot lately. Since her favorite things are cheesecake & chocolate, I came up with this. Tried to work with what I had at home so crust is a one layer of vanilla cake then caramel cheesecake topped with milk/dark chocolate ganache. Of course had to decorate it somehow. The flowers are a combination of fondant & modeling chocolate and leaves are modeling chocolate. Hope to see a smile when she picks it up tomorrow.

It looks yummy as well as pretty! That’s sure to put a smile on anyone’s face. Your daughter is so fortunate to have such a great and caring mom! Hope she feels better.
