This cake was made for my daughter’s second birthday. She is a big Timmy Time fan.
I wanted it to look as she just opened a box of ornaments to put on the tree and Timmy jumped out singing “Happy Birthday”.
For Timmy’s party hat I used my free tutorial that you can find on both my CD and FB page.
I’m still finding disco dust all over the house!!
