The winter does not have to be this cold and inconvinient station where nothing grows. The love seize heat and be able to grow in the coldest days. Who´s not charmed with a winter wedding?

Isn’t the love the way of finding your very own home? Covered with snow little houses, little houses with opened doors, with the slight winter light entering by the windows. Come to warm up to the chimney of our home sweet home.

I have done this design with all my love for the winter in order to share this heat and sweetness. A 80 portions cake made of mounted ganache of milk chocolate, giandiua and dried fruits (dried grapes, nuts, almonds and hazelnuts) with sponge cake sager and chocolate Valhrona of 70 % ganache covering . Seminude in the base and decorated with marzipan, wafer paper, chocolate, sugar glass and royal icing.
