I made this cake for my Husdand’s 40th Birthday. He is a Christmas Eve baby, so his cake is always wintery. Thanks hon for being a good sport and letting me do whatever technique I want to try at the moment. This year I wanted to play more with my cake lace. I got the idea for this theme from Benni from Adventures in Caking’s frozen cake!
