A gravity defying 50th birthday cake with the theme of ‘british puddings and cakes’! The birthday girl had asked for an all classic british themed meal, so her husband secretly ordered this cake from me to surprise her. He trusted me to do what I thought was best and thankfully he liked the end result :)
All decorations are edible, made from either fondant or modelling chocolate. Bottom tier was apple and cinnamon cake and tier above was chocolate cake.
