For the decoration of this panettone I took ispiration from a cake I made last year, I called it “footprints in the snow”. The idea was to let your imagination free, to whom belong the footprints, what is the content of the lost present…The Panettone deco has a modern twist but the idea of the footprints is still hopefully grabbing your imagination!
