We were having back to back Birthday parties in our project this month.It was my colleagues Birthday earlier this week. She is a very charismatic person with full of energy and a beautiful smile.I wanted to make a very fun and easy cake for her and the team. & I tried my first ever Gravity Defying Cake- A pouring Beer cake. I have seen similar designs in many blogs, so not sure who actually made it first. The base is 3 * 8’ chocolate mud cakes covered in chocolate ganache and the beer mug is also cake covered in fondant. I microwaved cake batter in a microwave safe coffee mug and covered in fondant for beer mug.:)
