Two cheeky characters I had fun with today completing Christmas cake order #1 for December 2014.
Cake is a rich fruit cake full of spiced rum and from a Jamaican recipe I’ve used for a few years, but I used Light golden Demerara sugar so it’s a golden lighter cake than usual. The mini mince pies are crafted from natural marzipan filled with fondant.
