Tiny Halloween Cupcakes

I’ve been suffering with migraines the last 3 days….weather related…yuk..but I couldn’t disappoint the few neighbourhood children that look forward to there special Halloween cupcakes I make each year. Making them helped keep my mind off of feeling lousy. Still, it was fun. Thanks to Zoe’s fancy cakes tutorial I got here on CD for the Frankenstein cupcakes.
