My new cake which I made for my kid’s school 80th birthday. This is the best little country school in NZ, I am sure! My kids can’t wait to go back to school after weekends or holidays and I wanted to make something pretty as my appreciation for teachers hard work.

Again, she was so kind to let me use her beautiful illustration “Bright, Fresh, Spring Flowers”, which perfectly represents my kid’s Pahoia School , surrounded by kiwi and avocado orchids and green country farms full of “bright, fresh, spring flowers”!
