Renaissance themed wedding at the Castle Ladyhawke needed a castle cake (rum and pineapple cake with Malibu coconut cooked buttercream; carrot ginger with Mascarpone cream cheese) with a red dragon; The toppers were mimicking the actual bridal and groom’s gear (yes, the groom wore pirate’s attire)
