This cake was made for a gentleman who loves walking his black labrador, Dexter. As a pop star of the 70s he is also a keen musician, and now sings with the Rock Choir,… and is partial to a beer! The 8" vanilla and 6" chocolate cakes were covered in very pale blue sugarpaste and the landscapes were (nervously!) hand painted with edible paints. Not the most accomplished watercolour ever, but I am pleased with it. Dad and Dexter were hand sculpted from sugarpaste. The sheet music was written out by hand on wafer paper. 100% edible.
