I was so excited to get to make a huge Olaf for a lovely friend of ours on her 21st birthday!

Olaf is white choc mud cake with white choc ganache.

I was VERY short on time so he took 7 hours from start to finish.

Jasmine didn’t want to say goodbye to him :)
