For my last wedding fair I chose a ‘Fairy tale’ theme for all my cakes and having two little girls who love Frozen I knew I had to include a Frozen design. Using the shape of the embroidery on the Frozen sister’s Arendelle dresses, snowflakes, icicles, silver and some creative license, my creation was born. We did a little styled for it in my cake room although we had a local ice sculptor create an ice sculpture cake stand to show the cake at the wedding fair which you can see in one of the photos too.
