The lace pattern and herring bone boarder are free hand piped with royal icing and the flower spray is made from flower/gum paste. Some of the flowers are made using various cutters and some are made by using the ‘pulled flower’ method. They are then dried, dusted to create light and shade and taped together to form the cascading spray.
