Anniversary Cake

Today is my brother-in-law’s wedding anniversary. Due to serious health issues the last few years have been a challenge so I decided to make an anniversary cake for them. It was all very last minute. I had some wafer flowers that I had been playing around with and decided to use them on the cake. Will be presenting it to them later on today. Hopefully they will like it.

Thank you both. Still not in love with wafer paper but it’s growing on me. Decided to try different painting methods on this one. Still having a problem getting the petals to stick together. Have to admit that it is sooo much faster than gumpaste flowers.
