One of this weeks cakes and it’s one of my favourites now. I’m sure you all make lots of cascading rose wedding cakes but when I was asked to make this one I couldn’t wait to do it. Usually I will have the roses start from the middle of the top of the top tier but with them being in the Rainbow colours I had to make sure I had almost the same amount in layers so that it looked right (which was tricky) So that is why there is a ‘curl’ on the top.
