I recently made an Anna version of this cake, and little Macy really really wanted me to make her an Elsa version for her birthday. (Took a bit of persuasion as I’m suffering from “frozenitis”)
This was a hit of a rush job (under 2 days to make and complete) and I would have loved a bit more notice to work on her but I’m pretty pleased with how she turned out.
The skirt is a white chocolate and strawberry cake with the figure in fondant/sugar paste.
