A gentleman ordered this for his wifes birthday, he told me her favourite thing is fish and chips in newspaper with mayonnaise. The fish was made from rice krispie treats covered in fondant, with fondant chips, buttercream mayonnaise and the newspaper is printed onto edible icing sheets. and the salt is sugar! Hiding amongst there is a rich chocolate sponge filled with dark chocolate buttercream and ganache.
