Fathers Day is tomorrow (7th September) in Australia. This is a two tier cake with lots going on! Bottom tier is chocolate mud with double espresso butter cream. Top tier is gluten and dairy free caramel mud with ‘sour cream’ buttercream, wrapped in dairy free printed chocolate squares. The bottom layer has 8 hand painted biscuit squares so that each guest gets their own biscuit when it is sliced and served. And finally I thought it needed something extra to finish it off, so I added pin wheels. Hope you like it :)
