Hi, I´am back after the long summer break :-) I have enjoyed summer holidays with my kids… so sorry about late commenting on your lovely cakes… . The last summer weekend we had a celebration of my Grandma 80th Birthday, so I have made a cake for her.. She loves flower so I have tried to make some.. Althdough I haven´t many experience with making flowers I think they are ok :-) She loved them and the whole cake, you can see on the second picture, how happy she was.. :-)

The base tier is vanilla sponge with light mascarpone filling with fresh raspberries, the second tier is chocolate sponge with hazelnut and pistachio – amaretto filling….
