This cake is based on one of my childhood favourites: Ralph S. Mouse, the star in Beverly Clearly’s series of children’s books.

It is made using armature, cake, rice krispy treats, modelling chocolate, fondant and even isomalt.

It is being developed into a class which will be taught from beginning 2015.
