One of my favourite colleagues and all-round lovely, funny lady, Wendy, turns 60 today and it is impossible to believe! I wanted to make a cake that is as pretty as she is but I also wanted to include the Egyptian Eye of Horus because it is very meaningful to Wen. :-)
