Ben and holly's little kingdom elf tree and castle

I become this cake for a friend’s daughter who loves ben and holly. The figures are made out of flower paste, and the elf tree is made from RKT, modelling chocolate and fondant. The castle & tower are all cake. I loved making this cake, it was so much fun and it’s definitely become one of my favourite cakes.

The tree isn’t cake but it is edible – it’s made from rice Crispie treats, it could just as easily be made from cake but my friend didn’t want too much cake. X
