Hello everyone – Hope that you are having a wonderful weekend! I would like to share another cake in my collection. I made the woven pattern completely out of modeling chocolate. This medium produces the cleanest and sharpest cuts, so it was perfect for an intricate composition such as this one. Pretty much everything is edible, except the handle, since it is sustained by a wire for support. I hope that you like it!
