I was honored to be asked to make this cake for an Icing Smiles recipient. The theme of the cake was Warrior Princess, but they did not want a castle. Little Ivy was born with a congenital heart defect, but is doing amazingly well, at the ripe age of 4 years old. What a little warrior! Cake is covered in fondant. Tiara is made out of gumpaste and airbrushed to give it a vintage look.
