We made this for our grandmother who has been in hospital for a week and needed some colour in her life! Its a chocolate and orange sponge cake, with a passion fruit filling which gives it the a lovely tang which we knew she liked. Saracino fondant cover and decorations. She’s back home tomorrow HOORAYYYY!!!
