3 tier ivory wedding cake consisting of chocolate maderia sponge bottom tier, vanilla maderia sponge middle tier and white chocolate mud top tier which were separated and topped with simple ivory roses. The design was chosen by the bride and groom and is the scariest cake I have made to date as there was no where to hide and no room for any errors …it was a more than a little stressful but I would do it again in a heartbeat as love the clean simplicity of the design…
