Similar design to a cake I made a few weeks ago only this time for a 90th birthday…decorated with ivory roses, a string of pearls and a purple cameo. The cake itself was a 7" maderia sponge filled with a summer berry conserve and vanilla butter cream. It was then coated in a layer of white chocolate ganache before been covered with a layer of ivory sugarpaste and decorated. This was a last minute order and I didn’t have time to wait for the icing on a board to firm up so I used a pre-printed sugar sheet…
