When I asked my client to send me some ideas of what she wanted to encompass in her cake she sent me pics of the 3 C’s – chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate. So she got rich chocolate sponge filled with milk chocolate ganache/buttercream mix, covered in milk chocolate ganache and decorated with Lindt balls (her favourite), amongst the sunflowers and purple filler flowers.
This was my first ganache cake and I would have lost the plot if it weren’t for my cakey sisters who put me right :D
