This cake was for my daughter Imogen’s 7th birthday party.
She has spent all year looking at every cake I’ve made, wanting them all and coming up with a new idea for her own birthday cake every week. So…..when I asked her what she wanted for her own cake, her answer was a 7 tier wedding cake covered in handmade sugar flowers!!! It was never going to happen so we compromised on a 3 tier cake.
She wanted really bright rainbow colours, flowers and bows and this is what we came up with.
I’m really pleased with it….super bright and cheery, just like her :)
