Eston’s Elephant

I was asked to make this cake by a mother who tragically lost her infant son, Eston when he was delivered at 17 weeks. Today they are celebrating his short life with a gathering of friends and family, and a balloon release. She asked me to make a memory cake, & put an elephant on it because they are strong. I am so incredibly honored to have been asked to make such an important cake.
