My latest. Made for someone I know. Her husband told me to use a dog theme, but I know she LOVES flowers.
So…“Chi N’ Roses” for her!
I made a shabby chic fondant plaque for the top, and for the floral print on it I used printed wafer paper, and added a few 3-D fondant flowers to give it a little something extra.
Cake is all vegan, with peanut butter buttercream filling, and covered in vanilla buttercream. Sugar pearls all along the bottom, and a sweet chihuahua, too!
