This cake was made for an Elopement after party. The lovely couple wanted an Irish Top Hat with characters of themselves wearing what they wore on their Elopement Day – 4 weeks ago! Flavour is a Butterscotch Mud cake….. and might I say, the off cuts have not gone to waste with my family OK maybe not so much the family but ME!!!!!! lol
