This is my daughter’s 9th birthday cake. A special cake this year, as last year she asked for a very understated birthday cake, as she knew I was really busy. She really was very kind, sweet and upstanding and I felt terribly guilty. So, this year I made sure she had the cake she wanted. It’ll probably be the last time she’ll want a very girlie cake, so nice to make her something special. Hope you like it too. Sam
