I just finished the wafer paper class on Craftsy. This is my take on the techniques taught. I used wafer paper to decoupage the bottom tier. My very first peony is also made from wafer paper. The top tier is confetti sprinkles painted to give it a sequined effect. I was really inspired by this class and it pushed my boundaries a bit. Really loved how this one turned out…..thanks for looking!
