Here is a 60th birthday cake made for a woman who loves fashion and loves shoes! I thoroughly enjoyed making this cake and trying out some new techniques. The cake was done in her favourite colours – shades of ivory and beige – with a pleated effect around the cake, variety of fashion inspired flowers, large ‘satin’ sugar shoe and charm bracelet to celebrate some very important people in her life. All decor handmade and edible.
