Hello beautiful cakers!
Meet my newest masquerade mask cake. 100% edible. Made from fondant with tylose. Its actually 2 masks, one on top of the other for something different. Cake is layers of coffee and chocolate mud cake, ganache and covered in fondant. Really enjoyed making this one!
