That was my Poinsettia Christmas Cake.
I thought making this cake at the very last moment so when I searched for the Poinsettia flower cuts was too late. All of them were sold out. So I thought on cutting them myself (it´s not a complicated petal). So that´s my cake.
It´s a coffee and cocoa sponge with layers o mascarpone buttercream and covered with chocolate and walnut buttercream. Yes, I adore this flavour!!!
Also the cake and the gumpaste flower had golden touches.
