100% buttercream. I hand draw owl in buttercream, the outline #3 or #4 black. Pipe on tree limb in #20 or #22 brown BC. Blue flowers in #63 tip and #3 dots for centers. Ruffle tip in #63 boarders. filled in owl w/ #3 and #4 tip in gray and beige w/ yellow claws or talons.
