This is one of the biggest cakes I have made so far and was really excited about giving it a go……right up until I started anyway and the sheer size of the task finally hit me….eek what had I been thinking!!
Anyway got over the stage fright and really enjoyed it once I got going and decided to try and put working lights in it just in case the project wasn’t scary enough 😅. Thankfully it all worked out and this beast was delivered to a very happy customer who was as excited to see the cake as I was to be done with it. (She squealed with delight when I turned the lights on!) All in all a good few firsts and learned a lot 😆
